A question......
I have a friend who only goes game fishing. 80% of the time He's on the rivers (from Scotland to the far south west) after Salmon and Sea Trout. He holds the appropriate migratory rod licence.
On odd occasions he enjoy's a spot of 'game fishing' for the stocked rainbows on some of our local still waters. I know for a fact he doesnt hold a standard (course/ non-migratory) rod licence. Is he fishing legally?
I'm not sure where the law stands on this, I've never held a 'game' licence andI'm thusunsure exactly what it covers.
Anyone on here aware of the facts............and if so, regardless of the rules do you think it its FAIR he should have to buy both licences?
