Woody, a white space often appears while the video is being pulled in from YouTube, but it shouldn't stay there long. Could you let me know the YouTube link that you're trying to use? Sorry for the confusion: that will now follow next week. The Inbox link will then appear at the top of your member profile box, above My Details, My Profile etc. I'll post a message when it's live. The number of unread messages you have will appear next to the My Inbox link, eg

How to quote other people's messages<ul>[*]Click the quote button under a post you want to quote[*]A popup explains that to paste the quote into your message, you need to press the quote button on the message form.
