Well its been a wet few days, the Stour and Avon are far too swolen, a day off work, I thought I'd get busy making pastes.
A classic cheese version (with garlic powder and a sachet of dried cheese sauce)
I also freestyled, raw dough as a base, black pudding, anchovy paste, salt, and a few drops of strawberry flavouring. The final touch was to really really finely chop half a tin of luncheon meat and mix it all in. I just thought as the paste breaks down the trickle of meaty morsels can only be a good thing.
I'm wondering about a sweet version. Nesquick, Ovaltine, vanilla essence etc. Mix in some hemp for texture.
Without giving away top secrets! Any thoughts out there?
