Shore Fishing in East Lothian?

I'm pretty new to the Edinburgh area and have decided to take up shore fishing again after quite a while. I was wondering if anyone could suggest good local marks between Edinburgh and Dunbar for either rock or beach fishing? I am wanting to start fishing again this weekend but I'm not sure where fishes good at this time of year and what bait / setup I should use. I've already got some good tips from local tackle shops but any more help would be great.

I was out at Belhaven Beach yesterday checking it out. I was near the metal bridge but where is best on that beach? And can it fish at any tide?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
