Mike Howson and myself fished the Derwent last Sat in shorts and tee shirts . It was only minus 1 so we found it quite pleasant in fact Mike jumped in the river to wake himself up.

We moved to get out of the wind, which was really icy, tied up on the lee side, the wind went round as soon as we got the baits spread and a really vicious hail storm started.
