Dave , I understand the logic behind the slack line theory but don`t understand the lack of a dropback indication .
With a "normal " setup ,if there is a long dropback ,you know the lead has moved and maybe the fish is running towards you ,so you wind down and hit it, how can you do this on a total slack line with no dropback , the fish could be 100 yds away or 10 yds away , do you just reel in like the clappers untill you find the fish and hope for the best ?
