Who needs to bring twelve quid?

---------- Post added at 13:44 ---------- Previous post was at 13:41 ----------

Oh, I thought we'd be somewhere near Bristol, not half way across the country toward London!

That's another hour and a half from Worcester, It's going to take me near on 3 hours to get home on Sunday evening!

Nearer London good;) if its any consolation Paul, it will probably be 3 hours drive home for me too.The last bit on the m25 will probably be an hour on its own( 10 miles) for me on a sunday night:( So I've booked monday off work:D

Nope, not this time, managed to squeeze my car through it's MOT after £60.00 worth of welding round the wheel arch.

I'll have to head back to Derby from 'the venue' via Bristol and Worcester to taxi that Fisk bloke and his wife around!

Never mind, it'll be worth it.

It will be worth it.

Won't it?

Steve?

I will reveal the culprit at the curry house :wh

Forget the twelve quid, just the signature will do :D

The snow has gone, but.............Wednesday we might get some more

At the moment it's a mild 6 degrees, the water was 42 degrees on Sunday and bank high. If the water warms anymore the barbs just might feed, if not you'll have to make do with the chub, roach, perch, bream, carp and pike...

And stop whinging Pikey Paul, Sundays venue might be closer to the Motorway for you all, see how thoughtful I am......;)

I'm not religious, but I'm gonna pray for no rain and snow this week.......please......

Hehehehe ;)

I'm just taking a feeder rod for roach and a float rod for roach.

I get fed up catching those pesky 11.10oz barbs :wh:)

I was veering toward pike whilst it was freezing cold but the feeder rods are calling me too now.

One heavy one for barbel or carp and a lighter one for roach and chub, Metcheck is showing light sleet for a short time on Wednesday, warmer on Thursday and chucking it down on Friday - then clear, if a little breezy, for Saturday and Sunday.

Sweet.

It's dropped three feet since Sunday, just had a look.
Air temp is 5 degrees, didn't get water temp.

I don't wanna tempt fate, but if we get no more rain it will be spot on!

Wols tactics are right, travel light and don't take tonnes of bait.
