Oh shut up Baz, your the one being pathetic! Its a draned sight longer than 3 months! I'm not trying to make myself look important Baz, quite the reverse in fact - I'm a nobody and the first to admit it!

I'll exchange in friendly banter with anyone, any time. However, when seemingly every single thread degenerates into nonsense at the hands of 'whoever', not just you (but usually is), one begins to look elsewhere, which is a shame.

I'm guilty to a degree too, but I think I know when to and when not.

Some threads are crying out for 'fun' postings or 'banter', however some are not, but some it seems, do not know where to draw the line!

But I think some are now ignoring the site altogether.

Some are ignoring the site because there is nothing happening on it.
You have the knowledge and expierience to get the carp forum going, there must be lots of information you can give out.
Tactics haven't been discussed much, and don't forget, the carp tactics especially long range, can come in very handy for the other specialist side of the sport.

Things to look out for on a large water, tell tale signs of differing depths etc.
Get in their mate, and tell us of your expieriences, what to do and why you did it.
