Happy days, it would have been 56/57 when I started night Fishing at the North Met, at the time one of the greatest Tench waters in the country.

Darenth, Sutton, Billing, Harlestone, Savay and one or two very private Carp Ponds.

Still Night fish, still love it, early mornings when you are nicely tucked up in a warm sleeping bag watching the the Mist roll off the water.

Once in the bag I like to listen to the radio (Talk Sport or 5 Live), read a book and have a Flask of Tea made up for the Night.

I take photographs and think of new article/blog ideas. Usually just making some food and relaxing. Yet I like to have these "side shows" while fishing. I like to write and photograph my journeys, as it gives me a bit more. Fishing just isn't enough Plus, the off-season because of the hardcore winter is so long, that I have to invent something to do.
