Korum latex barbel net, about £20, and will take any barbel swimming in this country and carp to 30lb - also good for pike if you don’t like chinning.:)

Been using the Middy 30 plus camo barbel net since the beginning of last season, it's got a weighted base & find it the most easiest triangular carp style net to erect, mines the 30" one which has handled low doubles perfectly & would recommend the 36" version.

I have the same net as Dave, must be 10 years old now! From Davis Tackle Christchurch
Not cheap but robust and reliable, so you only have to buy once!!

Considering how little use your landing net gets Fred I not sure you are qualified to talk about longevity.

If you're going to reduce it to name calling Fred that makes you a big pussy.

I got a Wychwood Rover D 30" net after having the screw problems with the Gardner one and I haven't looked back since. Brilliant net if you can find one.

How can you find it the easiest if its a camo net?

I use the Daiwa Specialist which is a 28in round net which folds - much easier to carry.

I've got one of these too but it's a ****** to carry so I don't use it a lot.
