I know, I know. But just this once...

The crucial difference between fishing unlawfully without permission and poaching is that to constitute poaching the fisherman / huntsman / rifleman must be doing so with the intention of removing the prey from the water / forest / land being poached. Fishing with the intention of safely returning all fish caught is a breach of the owner's property rights but poaching it ain't.

Does that help ?

Do I care..... whatever.

Evan, there are many foreign nationals who breach property rights/poach on the sluice.
They live and work locally, they think that they can do as they please...... deportation would be an answer!

Then there's the real locals who have lived in the area for a long time......
they ought to know better but hey , everyone loves a rogue. They can't be deported can they?

I think it's time this thread was closed. It's going nowhere and keeping on dragging it back to the top isn't making it go anywhere either.
