First time out with these, using the Vanilla Cream flavour, I won my local club match. Okay, maybe I would have won the match without them, but this totally new method of groundbait enabled me to do it quickly and without mess, and I could accurately groundbait a more distant swim with the catapult.
It was interesting to see the activity of the groundbait showing at the surface within just a few seconds of the bait hitting bottom in a 5ft deep swim.
Great to keep a tin handy and good to know that you can try a little groundbait at any time. And no need to carry a mixing bowl.
One word of warning, don’t knock the tin about too much, especially a part-used tin, or the balls break up.
