Leroy Wyant continued his astonishing season on the Boat Pool at Horton with another brace of big cats this week including one of 39lb 8oz (pictured). 
The big fish came shortly after the capture of a 37lb 14oz. specimen with both of the fish falling to livebaits.
Vince Witten is another of the anglers who has taken advantage of the Boat Pool’s recent form for big fish with a specimen of 32lb 4oz (pictured).
Livebait accounted for this specimen too and whilst the fishery must still be classified as tricky the rewards are certainly there for those anglers who stick with it. 
All genuine English catfish too.
