FISHINGmagic has teamed up with the famous French carp fishery Le Domaine des Iles to offer a lucky member and a friend a week’s fishing, FREE, on this exclusive estate lake.

What do you have to do to win? Just make sure you’re a registered member of FISHINGmagic, and then keep your fingers crossed that it’s your name that’s drawn out of the hat.

The holiday is to be taken anytime from October onwards and before March 2002. It is for the lucky winner and anyone he chooses to take with him. Accommodation will be in a comfortable lakeside cabin with mains power, equipped with bunk beds, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, stove and running water.

The exclusive estate has toilets, hot showers and a payphone. It is security fenced with access only by entryphone and is limited to only 12 anglers on the main lake, and 5 anglers on the back lake. Arrivals and departures are arranged on any Monday or Friday morning with staff on hand to give you all the help and advice you will need. In fact it is quite likely that Messr. Caron (the estate owner) will be on hand to give you personal attention.

The main attraction at Domaine des Iles are the big carp, where they’ve been caught to a massive 66lb. Numerous 40’s and 50’s are caught each year, with enough 30’s and smaller fish to keep anyone happy. Also stocked are grass carp to well over 30lb.

It is worth noting too, that there are some big catfish to be caught and you can easily bag up on roach, rudd, tench and bream if you take a float or quivertip rod.
