In addition to the venues that were used last year Dave now also has the use of a private new stretch of the River Wye at Ross on Wye, which holds a huge head of barbel, chub and dace.
The former England International, who has a wealth of experience on a wide variety of rivers in the UK and Europe, said:
“Since I started the coaching days last year, they have attracted anglers of all ages and abilities and it has been a real pleasure to be able to pass on the knowledge that I have gained.
Everyone is different in terms of what they want to do. Some people just want to catch their first ever barbel whilst others want to improve techniques. Whatever the requirement is, the days or series of days, can be tailored to suit.
The new venue at Ross is fabulous and there are some fantastic swims. As an added bonus there are no long walks and you can park behind your peg on most of the stretch.”
In addition to first class coaching, which includes the use of Dave’s kit if required, accommodation packages can also arranged for people wanting a few days away.
