John Roberts Boilie Dip Jackets

John Roberts has found a way, through the brainchild of Essex angler Matt Lee, to give your boilies a quick and easy flavour and/or colour change with these Boilie Dip Jackets.

The Boilie Dip Jackets are a very fine mesh material, brightly coloured in a choice of red, yellow or black, that will readily and quickly take on a dipped or sprayed flavour or oil of your choice.

The bonus is that you also get a texture change, from a smooth boilie to this slightly rough mesh, and that can often do the trick when the carp are being especially wary. The change is made quickly and on the spot without removing your boilie and not necessarily with any previous preparation.

John Roberts says, “I personally fished two days last year on a water where everybody was struggling to catch. I managed to catch on both days using the dip jackets, despite the fact that the carp were spawning. I was impressed.”
