Bag’em has recently launched a new range of match baits and believes that a pair’s competition would be the perfect opportunity for the angling community to find out more about their new range.

Not only have they enlisted the help of the NFA in supporting the event but have also lined up a number of high profile anglers already looking to enter the match including past winner of Fish ‘O’ Mania and Bag’em angler, Neil Machin.

The pairs match will be a one off event which will host 50 pairs all looking to win the inaugural competition. Entries will be on a first come, first served basis and will cost £ 40 per pair inclusive of peg fees and administration. The draw will take place at Tunnel Barn Farm at 9.15am and fishing will be from 10.45am until 3.45pm.

Caroline of Bag’em Matchbaits added, “By putting all the money raised back into the prize money we hope to provide a competition which gives something back to the anglers who take part. Also by giving away bait prizes and supporting the NFA England team for Anglers with Disabilities we wish to make this a very successful and enjoyable day for everyone with the objective of taking the competition National next year.”

Tom Goldspink from the NFA added, “This is a new competition on the angling calendar and will give anglers the chance to win some great prizes and have an enjoyable days fishing. By taking part in the competition anglers are also helping fund the England team for Anglers with Disabilities who will be fishing at the World Championships this summer”.
