Steve Dee has caught four carp to over twenty pounds.
Steve Bailey from Portsmouth caught a 20lb catfish during thenight on a halibut pellet and during the day took a common carp of23.01 and a mirror of 19.02 off the surface.
HUNTS CORNER
The water has been fishing well and one angler fishing a 36hour session caught nine carp to well over 20lbs.
GUY LAKES
The waters have been producing some good carp – a number oftwenties have been reported from Gaunts and as well as carp UnityLake has produced a nine pound + tench.
THE FLOAT LAKE
The water has been stocked with hundreds of good rudd and a fewmore tench this week.

Other fish being caught from all around the lake to well overtwenty pounds on both surface and bottom baits.

Richard Farnan representing the Carp Co was out on the water todayto film the final stages of the new Gardner Tackle video Baitwise.After a biteless 16 hours he was about to move to another water whenhis middle rod roared off and he was playing the biggest known fishin the lake.
After spawning the large scaled mirror was down to 31.04 but thiswas to be expected. Richard was over the moon with the capture andput it down to his lucky rod pod which he had won in the GardnerClassic Carp Competition.
Well, he could win another with today’s beauty, it certainly is aclassic.
