Big Chub From Fishers Green

Winter on Fishers Green and the chub are getting fat….. J&K Tackle’s Assistant Manager and RMC Angling Specimen Group member, Dave Green, took this excellent specimen of 6lb 10oz from the river last weekend when it picked up his legered Nutrabaits paste flavoured with Cheese Elite flavour.

Elsewhere on the Green other RMC Angling Specimen Group members were in great form with Marvin Ellott taking a chub of 7lb 2oz and Adrian Smith a brace of 4lb chub and a 12lb barbel.

Plenty more big chub are likely from the fishery before the end of the season and an 8lb specimen is not totally out of the question.
