This huge Mirror weighing in at 58lb 4oz was caught on Angling Lines Special Crab boilies by Karl King. The carp is known on the lake as ‘Single Scale’ … as you can see from the photo it has a single scale on one side in the centre of its body. The fish was taken from a gravel patch in the weed at 50yds on a bed of hemp and pellet with a single hook bait over a handful of crushed boilies with another handful of freebies.
