On just his second visit to the water, Paul Lane from Herefordshire was just two hours into his session when a 32.03 common carp picked up his particle bait. d so far he has landed a common of 21lb and two mirrors of 23lb and 24.08.
Adam Penning of ESP Drennan caught a 23.10 mirror and Jim Foster caught an 18.12.
Paul Lane who we reported yesterday catching a PB common on just his second visit has also caught a PB mirror of 21.10!
MANOR FARM LAKE
Chris Selby has caught five doubles to 17lb from the river bank. It is believed that these are stock fish that found their way out of the Float Lake during slight flooding in the winter of 2000/01 – They are packing on the weight.
S. Canning from Birmingham caught the ‘Birthmark Mirror’ at 33.01.
HUNTS CORNER LAKE
Fishing with Trigga boilies, Derek Thick from Salisbury caught a 30.12 mirror.
HARDWICK LAKE
Ian Poole is doing the business with Richworth Bio-Plex boilies. So far he has caught three mirrors of 23.06 21.10 and 18.10.
Tim Childs from Stoke on Trent caught two doubles and two 20lb carp.
That fish magnet Ian Poole continues his session on the water with four more carp to his favour – two doubles and two twenties to 25.05. All the fish were caught on Richworth Bio-Plex.
Marcus Powell from Aylesbury is enjoying an hectic session on his first visit to the water – fishing with single hook baits made from Richworth Pop-Up mix at 80 yards Marcus has caught commons of 21,.08 20.08 & 16.08 plus a low double mirror and a fully scaled mirror of 17.04
UNITY LAKE
Simon Lewis has broken the waters Ghost Carp record with a super fish of 27.02. Simon fished boilies with PVA bags at 50 yards.
